  • Absolutely! We offer three unique indoor event spaces that can host groups of about 10–25 people. They’re perfect for small gatherings, pop-ups, workshops, classes, photo studio setups, meetings, clinics, or additional space for vendors.

The Workshop (located in The Barn) is a 570 sq ft workspace featuring two very large moveable workbenches, a vintage cast iron sink, refrigerator, and a water closet—great for hands-on classes or creative work.

The Speak-Easy Basement (located in The Lauren) is a cozy, comfortable room anchored by exposed century-old barn beams and stained glass windows and designed with curated vintage furniture. It also includes a half bath, mini fridge, and a coffee/wine bar.

The Garage (don’t be fooled by the name!) features custom-built farm tables with seating for up to 10 and highlights beautiful pieces created by local artisans.

Each space has its own character and can be used for a variety of gatherings and creative uses. Feel free to Email us if you’d like more details or availability.

Fun fact: 3rd Street was even voted one of the Best Main Streets in America by USA Today.
