Our Door is Always Open, Come Stay with Us
Built intentionally with timeworn modern vintage style, and the quiet thrill of discovering family heirlooms tucked throughout-each bungalow carriers a story, a scratch, a past life. Designed and decorated for comfort and coziness, our laid-back interiors reflect times to slow down, and we invite you to stay as long as you like.
Your Own Slice of Serenity in McMinnville
Named for our family’s next generation, every bungalow reflects the timeless heritage of the Pacific Northwest.

The Lauren
Our original 1911 bungalow has been thoughtfully restored to honor its historic charm while blending in vintage-modern style. This 1,800 sq ft home features three bedrooms and two baths, with the entire upstairs dedicated to a spacious primary suite and walk-in closet.
A country farmhouse kitchen with unique classic appliances opens to a warm living and dining space with seating for 8–10, plus a tucked-away “secret” nook perfect for morning stretches or a cozy kids’ hangout. Sleeps up to eight.

The Jackson
Designed with rich neutrals, organic textures, and nature-inspired tones, this 550 sq ft one-bedroom bungalow is full of historic charm. Built-in double bunk beds framed by two closets add character and function, while a cozy loft offers a hidden retreat. A generous walk-in pantry makes the space comfortable for families or longer stays.
Step outside to a private covered back porch—the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Sleeps up to four.

The Chase
This charming 450 sq ft one-bedroom bungalow blends playful character with cozy comfort. A tree-fort-style loft and restored antique stained-glass light fixtures add warmth and personality, while a soft palette creates a calm, inviting atmosphere.
